The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly capable Administrative Assistant to support the SVP of Sales—someone who brings precision, strong judgment, and a proactive mindset to a role that sits at the center of our sales organization.

This is a high-visibility role within a fast-paced, product-driven environment. Candidates must be comfortable supporting a sales function tied to wholesale accounts, seasonal timelines, and physical product coordination.

Key Executive Support Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare refined presentations, reports, and communications
  • Coordinate travel and manage expense reporting
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and key account needs
  • Preparation for buyer meetings, market appointments, and internal reviews
  • Maintain organized records across accounts and sales activity
  • Oversee sample coordination across belts, wallets, and bags
  • Partner with merchandising and sales to ensure readiness for meetings and line reviews
  • Help present product in a clear, organized, and compelling way
  • Serve as a point of connection between sales, merchandising, and operations
  • Help ensure alignment, follow-through, and clear communication across teams
  • Assist with ongoing initiatives and special projects
  • Maintain organization across tools, files, and shared resources

Required Qualifications: (Candidates without this experience will not be considered):

  • 3+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
  • Sales Experience
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Direct experience supporting a sales team within accessories, apparel, leather goods, or a comparable quality consumer product business
  • Exposure to wholesale environments, retail accounts, or seasonal product cycles
  • Familiarity with ERP and/or CRM systems
  • Understanding of retail partner expectations and product presentation standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
