Sales cum Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales cum Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats to address queries and provide solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify sales opportunities, follow up with leads, and convert them into business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Prior 2-3 years of experience in sales and customer support.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Salary Range

• Junior Resource: PKR 70,000 – 90,000 per month
• Senior Resource: PKR 150,000 – 200,000 per month
