Sales & Customer Operations Executive

Coco 9 is looking for a Sales & Customer Operations Executive to manage inbound customer communication and order coordination across WhatsApp, calls, and our website.

This role sits at the center of our sales and fulfillment flow — ensuring no inquiry is missed, orders are handled accurately, and customers receive a premium experience from first message to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram DMs, and website
• Convert inbound inquiries into confirmed orders
• Accurately record order details, quantities, customization, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure smooth fulfillment
• Handle follow-ups, confirmations, and payment coordination
• Maintain clean records of orders, inquiries, and customer data
• Flag high-value or corporate leads to the Corporate Sales team
• Handle basic customer service issues professionally and promptly

• Comfortable handling multiple conversations simultaneously
• Calm, polite, and solution-oriented
• Prior experience in customer support, sales coordination, or order management is a plus
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, basic CRM tools, or order systems preferred
