Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales-person to join our Sale and Growth team. This role is perfect for those who have strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and the grit to take initiative. You will play an important role in generating leads, conducting demo calls, and supporting clients during the early stages of onboarding.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients within the target market.

Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, key competitors, and potential growth opportunities.

Utilize various lead generation techniques, including online marketing, networking, prospecting, and social selling, to generate a consistent pipeline of leads.

Qualify leads by assessing their fit with our services, understanding their requirements, and determining their potential for conversion into customers.

Continuously monitor and evaluate lead generation performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, nurturing leads throughout the sales cycle and providing exceptional customer service.

Work closely with the technical team to transfer qualified leads, providing necessary context and information to facilitate smooth handover.

Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging sales techniques to enhance personal and team performance.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation and qualification, preferably in a SAAS company.

Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and customer relationship management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.

Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with the software services sales lifecycle in the US would be a huge plus.
