Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and questioning.
  • Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and lead information in CRM systems.
  • Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant product/service information.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude throughout interactions.

Requirements

  • Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Experience: 6 months – 1 year in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent English communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls confidently.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive and energetic approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
