Sales Development Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Sales Development Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, presenting services effectively to potential clients, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies. The Sales Development Executive will also actively follow up with prospects, maintain records in CRM tools, and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and relationship-building
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge or experience in healthcare services, RCM, or medical billing is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
