Sales Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Executive to support our business growth by generating high-quality leads through LinkedIn. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, digitally savvy, and eager to build a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads using LinkedIn and other online platforms
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn messaging, connection requests, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and responses
  • Continuously optimize messaging and outreach strategies

Requirements

  • Active LinkedIn profile is mandatory
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, or outreach (preferred but not required)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets / CRM tools is a plus
