Sales Development Executive – B2B

Job Details:

  • Location: Phase II Ext, D.H.A, Karachi
  • Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday - Friday)
  • Employment Type: Full-time (on-site)


About the Role

We are seeking motivated and results-driven professionals to join our team as Sales Development Executive – B2B . This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are eager to work with international clients, particularly within the US hospitality sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage B2B relationships with hotels, resorts, hospitality groups, and textile buyers in the US market.
  • Connect with purchasing managers, procurement heads, and key decision-makers to drive business opportunities.
  • Promote and sell hotel textile products, including linens, towels, bedding, and related solutions.
  • Generate sales through cold calling, email outreach, and other prospecting methods.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue targets.
  • Accurately record sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of outbound B2B international sales experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a night shift (US hours) environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho CRM is a plus) and MS Office.
