About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Sales Development Manager to take ownership of our outbound prospecting engine and scale our lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing SDR team, optimizing outbound strategies, and ensuring a healthy, predictable sales pipeline that fuels revenue growth.
This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, understands the art and science of outbound sales, and is passionate about coaching, scaling teams, and driving measurable impact.

What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Development
Hire, train, and mentor a team of SDRs, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and skill development programs to continuously improve SDR performance.
Set clear expectations, establish performance metrics, and implement recognition programs to keep the team motivated.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Design and implement scalable outbound prospecting strategies for target accounts and industries.
Develop outreach playbooks, call scripts, and email cadences to maximize engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handoff and consistent pipeline quality.
Pipeline Growth & Revenue Impact
Ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities by monitoring outreach volume, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Drive outbound prospecting tailored to SaaS solutions, ensuring SDRs effectively communicate value propositions.
Analyze funnel performance and provide actionable insights to improve pipeline health and accelerate revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing on campaign alignment, messaging strategies, and ideal customer profile refinement.
Work with Sales leadership to align SDR goals with business growth objectives.
Share market feedback and prospect insights to inform go-to-market strategy and product positioning.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3–5 years in sales development, business development, or outbound sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
SaaS Knowledge: Proven success in SaaS sales or B2B outbound environments.
Leadership Skills: Track record of recruiting, mentoring, and scaling SDR or BDR teams.
Sales Expertise: Strong grasp of outbound prospecting, objection handling, and consultative/value-based selling.
Tools & Analytics: Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), sales engagement tools, and data-driven performance tracking.
Soft Skills: Excellent communicator, motivator, and problem solver with the ability to lead by example.
