Sales Development Rep (SDR) - Remote

Pakistan

US Transportation company looking for experienced SDRs to help us grow our organization and participate in the growth. We are growing tremendously quickly and have added 2 divisions in the last year as well as added 2 satellite offices. Our company needs the help of an expert who is capable of taking us to the next level.

Successful applicant must have a stable internet connection with a reasonable speed, back-up power supply, the ability to work through load shedding, two monitors, and be willing to learn and work hard.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients
  • Research companies to create strategic communication plans
  • Proactively schedule calls with prospective clients via phone and email (including cold calling)
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
  • Shadow and partner with Member Success Managers with a goal of supporting their monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Interact with other sales, marketing, and project delivery staff to collaboratively determine customer needs
  • Respond to requests from customers as needed in a courteous and professional manner

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous background in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing or telesales
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google apps
  • Experience in using any CRM
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to articulate a value proposition and get to the decision maker
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
