Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive for our Karachi office. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who are passionate about business development and have a strong interest in the HSE and BPE domains.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales lifecycle — from lead generation and outreach to client engagement — specifically for our HSE and Business Process Excellence services.

Who Should Apply?

  • Candidates with basic knowledge of HSE (e.g., ISO 45001, NEBOSH, IOSH) and/or Business Process Excellence (Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001, etc.) will be strongly preferred
  • This role is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their careers in B2B sales, consulting services, or client relationship management

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, messages, and follow-ups to generate leads for HSE and BPE services
  • Identify client needs and promote relevant training, audit, and consultancy offerings
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, service quotes, and introductory presentations
  • Maintain and update CRM records for all sales and client interactions
  • Collaborate with the technical consulting team to coordinate client follow-ups and service delivery
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and standards in the HSE and BPE sectors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Marketing, Environmental Sciences, or related fields)
  • 0–6 months of experience in business development, client servicing, or telesales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Comfortable using MS Office and basic CRM tools
  • Must have foundational understanding or strong interest in HSE and BPE frameworks
