We’re Hiring: Sales Development Representative (Night Shift | On-site)

At Interact Global, we empower businesses with innovative B2B solutions and outstanding customer service. We’re expanding our team and looking for energetic, motivated Sales Development Representative to join us!

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
• Assist customers with inquiries and solutions
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication & listening skills
• Confidence in handling customer queries
• Prior call centre experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work in night shift and hit targets
