Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, fluent English-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage outbound sales calls, lead nurturing, and qualification for financial products in the UAE market. Your role will be critical in driving conversions, building rapport with prospects, educating them on product offerings, and ensuring a consistent sales pipeline through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Sales Funnel Management:
- Proactively call and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Nurture prospects across all funnel stages:
- Cold Prospecting.
- Needs Identification.
- Qualified Leads.
- Product Presentation & Interest Building.
- Conversion to Sales.
- Post-Sales Follow-up.
- Qualify leads by assessing needs, interest level, and purchasing ability before routing to senior sales teams if required.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems for pipeline visibility and reporting.
Sales & Communication:
- Conduct scripted and consultative sales calls (English) to:
- Present and explain financial product offerings.
- Answer queries and handle objections.
- Build trust and rapport to move leads closer to conversion.
- Close sales when applicable or schedule next-level discussions.
- Execute multi-channel communication via:
- Phone Calls.
- WhatsApp.
- Email.
- SMS.
Personalization & Relationship Building:
- Customize messaging based on client profile (individual investors, SMEs, corporate decision-makers).
- Adapt communication style depending on audience type and product relevance.
- Provide consistent after-call follow-up to reinforce interest and maintain engagement.
Performance Targets:
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales/lead conversion quotas.
- Consistently achieve KPIs in terms of qualified leads, conversion ratio, and pipeline movement.
- Contribute to overall revenue growth through proactive selling and nurturing.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM/Google Sheets for updating daily progress.
- Experience in sales calling or customer engagement.
- Ability to work flexible hours especially closer to event dates.
- Professional and pleasant phone manner.
- Experience in communicating with senior professionals is a plus.
- Preferably own visa.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working in sales marketing or lead nurturing campaigns.
- Tele-calling in financial, investment, or consulting sectors is a plus.
- Understanding of funnel-based lead management strategy.
Location: Onsite / UAE-based - Dubai Office
Job Type: Project-based (with possible extension based on performance)
Project Based Salary: AED 2500 - 3500 (plus huge commission) per month - (3 Months)
Working Hours:
- Weekdays: 9 AM – 6 PM
- Weekends: Active follow-ups required during the last week leading up to the event.
- Extended Hours: Flexibility to support during late hours in the final 3–4 days before the seminar
