Sales Development Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as SDR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a seamless service experience across various channels (calls, emails, chat, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide accurate information and timely support for inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance service competitiveness.
• Track, communicate, and resolve service-related issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Deliver a consistently positive Customer Experience to maintain high Quality Assurance (QA) scores.

Job Requirements
