🧠 Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) with exceptional communication skills, strong cold-calling abilities, and a natural talent for creating interest and booking qualified demos.


You’ll be the front line of GrowthRune’s growth engine — engaging new prospects, educating them about our AI platform, and setting high-quality appointments for our sales team.


This role is ideal for someone who is confident, persuasive, and excited about the world of AI and intelligent automation.


🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Book qualified demos and discovery calls for our sales and product teams.
  • Clearly communicate the value of GrowthRune’s Agentic AI platform to prospects.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity logs in CRM tools.
  • Follow outreach playbooks and continuously iterate on messaging and targeting.
  • Build an understanding of customer pain points and match them with our solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and sales to improve pipeline conversion.


🧩 What You Bring

  • 1–3+ years of experience in BDR/SDR roles , outbound sales, or cold-calling environments.
  • Excellent communication , presentation , and storytelling skills.
  • Confidence making cold calls and engaging senior-level decision-makers.
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and agentic software .
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product concepts.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, goal-driven, and accountable for meeting outreach targets.


💡 Bonus Points

  • Experience selling AI, automation tools, or SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Close.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Ability to create creative outreach content (scripts, messages, angles).
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
