Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive lead generation, client outreach, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, experience in B2B and B2C sales, and prior exposure to the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
  • Handle client communication professionally and promptly
  • Support the sales team in outreach for B2B and B2C clients
  • Maintain and update leads and opportunities in CRM
  • Coordinate with delivery and technical teams for proposals and follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT services
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in client handling, B2B and B2C lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT services or software sales
  • Good understanding of online lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.)
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
