Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating outreach, and supporting the sales pipeline. You will play a key role in driving business growth by connecting with prospects and setting up qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, etc.)
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and meeting targets

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales Development / Lead Generation / Business Development (preferably in IT or SaaS)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to handle cold outreach and objections professionally
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
