Overview

We are seeking a driven and customer-oriented Sales Development Representative to become part of our sales team. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, identify and pursue new sales opportunities, close deals, and build lasting relationships with clients. This position requires strong communication abilities, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service while meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Convert prospects into customers and successfully close sales.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Issue Handling & Internal Coordination

  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.

Reporting & Record Keeping

  • Prepare regular reports related to sales performance and activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation of leads, conversions, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment (preferred).
  • Previous call center experience will be considered an advantage.
