Sales Development Representative

Digital Phantom is a fast-growing digital marketing agency providing end-to-end marketing solutions, including paid advertising, lead generation, branding, and business growth strategies for clients across North America. We are expanding our team and looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2–3 years of prior cold calling and outbound sales experience. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in Canadian and US time zones and have strong communication skills to engage prospects, qualify leads, and book high-quality appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to generate and qualify leads
• Engage decision-makers and build rapport quickly
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with warm and cold prospects
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of cold calling experience (mandatory)
• Proven track record in appointment setting or outbound sales
• Excellent verbal English communication skills (clear and professional tone)
• Comfortable working in Canadian & US time zones
• Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
• Experience in digital marketing or agency sales is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
