Sales Development Representative - Qatar
Responsibilities include:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through market research, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and networking.
- Conduct initial qualification of prospects and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.

Support follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to maintain
engagement. - Coordinate internally with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams for smooth sales processes.
- Track pipeline activity and provide regular updates on lead generation and opportunity progress.
- Support participation in industry events, webinars, and client meetings when required.

Maintain relationships with existing clients and support account growth
initiatives. - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Act as a point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction and effective
communication. -
Support contract renewals, follow-ups, and ongoing engagement with key clients.
Primary Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, business development, or sales coordination (preferably in IT/software services).
- Valid Qatar ID is mandatory for the Applicants
- Fluent in English and Arabic is mandatory
- Strong communication, coordination, and client engagement skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and lead generation techniques is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, or IT services is preferred.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and qualify leads.
