Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our SaaS-based products. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential customers, generating new leads and opportunities for our sales team. Additionally, you will provide product demos to clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our SaaS products.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and identify potential prospects within the target market for our SaaS-

based products.

  • Engage with prospects via various channels, including cold calling, emails, and social

media, to generate interest and qualify leads.

  • Conduct initial discovery calls with prospects to understand their business needs and

determine if our products are a good fit.

  • Provide product demos to clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and value

propositions of our SaaS-based products.

  • Customize and tailor product demos based on the specific needs and pain points of each

client.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads

for further sales engagement.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the

CRM system.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualification, and

product demos and deals closure.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building

relationships, and closing sales

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with

decision-makers and effectively communicate value propositions

  • Full Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Have the motivation to work in a target driven environment, whilst maintaining a positive

attitude

  • Able to work well on own initiative with good time management
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as

collaboratively with cross-functional teams
