Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Lahore, Pakistan

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to help us grow our client base. If you enjoy starting conversations, identifying business challenges, and offering smart digital solutions — this role is for you. As an SDR at Devsecta, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients and a key player in driving our company’s growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calls and follow-up outreach
  • Understand client needs and introduce Devsecta’s website and marketing services as solutions
  • Qualify leads based on interest, fit, and readiness to move forward
  • Book discovery meetings for the senior sales team
  • Keep records of outreach, calls, and follow-ups using our CRM
  • Work with the marketing team to improve scripts, messaging, and outreach strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in cold calling or outbound sales, preferably in the software or tech space
  • Strong communication skills — both spoken and written
  • Comfortable handling objections and turning them into opportunities
  • Organized and able to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and tasks
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Positive, proactive, and goal-driven attitude
