About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing digital marketing agency.
Your mission? To connect with business owners and marketing decision-makers, qualify leads from our ad campaigns, and set up meetings for our Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond instantly to inbound leads from Meta and Google Ads campaigns (within 5–10 minutes).
  • Reach out to potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Qualify prospects based on business type, budget, and marketing needs.
  • Schedule discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
  • Nurture unready leads with friendly follow-ups and value-based touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve ad-to-lead quality and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B inside sales, telemarketing, or lead qualification (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (regional language a plus).
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or digital marketing concepts.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and follow-up automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with high call volume.
