Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Responsibilities

● Make 80-120+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers

● Identify and qualify leads based on client-specific criteria

● Book meetings between qualified prospects and client sales teams

● Maintain accurate records in CRM (lead status, notes, follow-ups)

● Handle objections and nurture leads through the qualification process

● Follow up on no-shows, reschedules, and warm leads

● Meet daily, weekly, and monthly meeting targets

Requirements

● Strong verbal communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)

● Comfortable with high-volume cold calling

● Basic computer and internet proficiency

● Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

● Ability to work independently in a remote setup

● Freshers welcome; prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus
