NXTSTIM is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who resides outside of the United States. This person is responsible for high-volume outbound calling, daily activity reporting, and coordinating qualified sales meetings for NXTSTIM’s senior sales team. This is a non-closing, inside-only role focused on pipeline development and calendar coordination across multiple U.S. time zones.
This position is execution-focused, metrics-driven, and process-oriented.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling & Lead Engagement
- Place daily outbound calls to healthcare providers and organizations using approved lead lists
- Follow approved call scripts and messaging
- Identify appropriate decision-makers and stakeholders
- Conduct basic qualification and route prospects to senior sales leadership
Meeting Scheduling & Time Zone Coordination
- Schedule and confirm sales calls for senior sales team members
- Coordinate calendars across PST, MST, CST, and EST
- Ensure accurate meeting details, confirmations, and reminders
- Maintain strong meeting attendance and show rates
Daily Activity Reporting
- Log all activities in the CRM, including:
- Calls placed
- Conversations completed
- Voicemails left
- Meetings scheduled
- Submit daily activity summaries to management
- Track performance against defined daily and weekly targets
CRM & Process Compliance
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Follow defined lead-handling and escalation processes
- Adhere to all communication, privacy, and compliance standards
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with senior sales leadership and operations teams
- Participate in internal check-ins and performance reviews
- Incorporate feedback to improve outreach effectiveness
Skills & ExperienceRequired Skills & Experience
- Clear, professional English proficiency suitable for daily U.S.-based phone conversations
- Experience conducting high-volume outbound calls to U.S. customers or prospects
- Prior experience in medical technology, health tech, SaaS, or medical device sales, or medical practice outreach
- Strong familiarity with U.S. healthcare provider environments, including clinics, practices, and health systems
- Demonstrated ability to handle frequent rejection (“no” responses) while maintaining professionalism, consistency, and momentum
- Proven time management and organizational skills in a metrics-driven role
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for activity tracking and reporting
- Ability to maintain daily availability starting at 8:00 a.m. CST and support coordination across PST, MST, CST, and EST
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
- Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and follow-up

Pay Rate
- $3 USD per hour with the possibility to increase based on performance
