Devsinc is hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified meetings across the UAE/GCC region.
You'll own outbound prospecting across cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn—building ICP-aligned lists, engaging decision-makers, running and optimizing outbound sequences, and booking meetings for Account Executives. This role requires strong outbound fundamentals, comfort engaging senior stakeholders, disciplined CRM hygiene, and the ability to use modern GTM, enrichment, and LinkedIn automation tools to consistently drive pipeline.
Core Responsibilities:

Generate qualified meetings across UAE/GCC through outbound prospecting via cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn (plus additional channels as appropriate)

Build ICP-aligned lists, identify decision makers, and personalize outreach using research and relevant triggers

Launch and optimize outbound sequences, run tests, and improve messaging based on performance

Execute daily calling blocks aligned to UAE business hours; qualify prospects, handle objections, and book meetings

Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns with consistent follow-ups and conversation management

Maintain clean CRM records and provide strong AE handoffs with full context and next steps

Use enrichment and GTM tools to improve segmentation, personalization, and campaign execution

Follow respectful and compliant outreach practices, including opt-outs and proper data handling
Requirements

Outbound Email and Sequencing Tools
Experience with outbound sequencing tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Woodpecker, Lemlist.
Cold email best practices: warm-up, send limits, mailbox rotation, bounce/opt-out handling, deliverability awareness, and continuous copy/targeting iteration.

Email Infrastructure Familiarity
Familiarity with domains/mailboxes and authentication basics (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) with general troubleshooting awareness.

Data Sourcing and Prospecting Tools
Experience using ZoomInfo,
Apollo.io, Seamless, Icypeas,
Hunter.io for contact discovery, list building, segmentation, and list QA.
Experience with Clay (enrichment, personalization workflows).
Experience with Airtable (lead ops, tagging, tracking, routing).
Experience using Dripify, Heyreach, Expandi, Snov for LinkedIn connection and follow-up sequences, including safe automation practices.
Strong cold calling fundamentals, objection handling, meeting booking, and clean CRM logging.
Experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce for activity tracking, pipeline hygiene, and AE-ready handoffs.
Qualification
:
1+ year SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience (UAE/GCC experience is a plus).
Proven ability to book meetings using outbound channels (email, calls, LinkedIn).
Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus
Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and navigating gatekeepers.
Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene.
