Job Summary
The Sales Director is responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, and performance of the company's sales division. This role will drive revenue growth, define market-winning sales strategies for high-end properties, manage large teams, and foster relationships with key investors and stakeholders in the highly competitive UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Sales Strategy: Design, implement, and lead a comprehensive sales strategy and business plan to achieve ambitious annual revenue and market share targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct continuous market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify trends, new opportunities, and strategic positioning for all development projects.
- Pricing & Negotiation: Collaborate with the Executive team to establish pricing strategies, sales terms, and incentive programs to maximize profitability and sales velocity.
