Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and key account strategies across GCC and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate a dynamic sales team consisting of 3 Key Account Managers, 2 Specification Consultants, and 1 Showroom Head.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through effective business development and client acquisition strategies.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities; develop market entry strategies for untapped regions.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior management on business planning, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company in supplier meetings, trade shows, and key client visits

Travel Requirements

  • Frequent travel to Italy, Spain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain for supplier visits, client meetings, and business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10–15 years of proven sales leadership experience, preferably in the building materials, interiors, or construction sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing regional sales operations and key accounts.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across GCC and Europe.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
