Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and key account strategies across GCC and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a dynamic sales team consisting of 3 Key Account Managers, 2 Specification Consultants, and 1 Showroom Head.
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through effective business development and client acquisition strategies.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities; develop market entry strategies for untapped regions.
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior management on business planning, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the company in supplier meetings, trade shows, and key client visits
Travel Requirements
- Frequent travel to Italy, Spain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain for supplier visits, client meetings, and business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10–15 years of proven sales leadership experience, preferably in the building materials, interiors, or construction sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing regional sales operations and key accounts.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently across GCC and Europe.
