Sales Director – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of property consultants and team leaders to deliver consistent results.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships with top developers in Dubai.
  • Oversee daily operations of the sales department, ensuring high productivity and accountability.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and implement sales incentive plans to drive results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly sales meetings to review team progress and performance.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and recommendations for management decision-making.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
