job Title: Sales Engineer - Fit-out

Salary : Based on experience + attractive incentive package

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and designers to promote fit-out solutions.

2. Understand client needs and provide technical solutions, specifications, and quotations.

3. Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements.

4. Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, and production) to ensure seamless project execution.

5. Prepare and present technical proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.

6. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies.

Required Skills:

1. Engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil)

2. Experience in fit-out industry, sales, or a related field

3. Strong technical knowledge of fit-out solutions and materials

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
