Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify and engage new clients, including contractors, consultants, and end-users.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
  • Manage tenders, quotations, and contract negotiations.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Technical Support

  • Provide technical expertise on transformers, cables & accessories, telecom cables, substations, and electrical products, HV, LV, SWITCHGEAR, E-House, Busway, RMU, FIBER OPTIC CABLE, insulators, steel applications to guide customers in product selection.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
  • Support customers with pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to customize solutions based on client needs.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client visits and ensure timely follow-ups on all enquiries and orders.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Recommend pricing strategies, new business models, and process improvements.

Order Management & Compliance

  • Oversee the entire order cycle, from enquiry and proposal to order execution, delivery, and payment collection.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, logistics, finance) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
