Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify and engage new clients, including contractors, consultants, and end-users.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
- Manage tenders, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Technical Support
- Provide technical expertise on transformers, cables & accessories, telecom cables, substations, and electrical products, HV, LV, SWITCHGEAR, E-House, Busway, RMU, FIBER OPTIC CABLE, insulators, steel applications  to guide customers in product selection.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
- Support customers with pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance.
- Work closely with engineering teams to customize solutions based on client needs.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client visits and ensure timely follow-ups on all enquiries and orders.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
- Recommend pricing strategies, new business models, and process improvements.
Order Management & Compliance
- Oversee the entire order cycle, from enquiry and proposal to order execution, delivery, and payment collection.
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, logistics, finance) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
