Job Summary

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing sales activities across Egypt, focusing on promoting insulation products to contractors, consultants, and industrial clients. The role combines technical expertise with a strong sales approach to build long-term relationships and achieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned targets within the Egyptian market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HVAC, construction, and industrial sectors.
  • Present technical solutions and product benefits to consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and tender submissions in coordination with internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely project delivery and client support.
  • Conduct market research to identify competitors, customer needs, and emerging project opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the company’s products and capabilities.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate reporting through CRM tools.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field .

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical or industrial sales , preferably in HVAC, insulation, or construction materials .
  • Demonstrated experience in handling B2B sales and technical consultations.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship management abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong business acumen.

Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems, insulation materials , and project-based sales.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Computer Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).

Language Skills

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Egypt for client visits and project follow-ups.
