Sales Engineer (ADNOC Tender/Project Experience)
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with in-depth knowledge of ADNOC tenders, projects, and contract processes. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales process, providing technical expertise, preparing and submitting tender proposals, and managing project lifecycles from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Management: Lead and coordinate the preparation of tenders and proposals for ADNOC projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications, deadlines, and regulatory standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with ADNOC and other key stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing customer queries, and offering effective solutions that meet ADNOC's requirements.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and timelines.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities within the ADNOC sector.
- Contract Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms with ADNOC and related entities.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate reports, documents, and records related to the tendering and project phases.
- Post-Sales Support: Ensure smooth project implementation, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing technical support as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum of [X] years) as a Sales Engineer within the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on ADNOC tenders and projects.
- Detailed knowledge of ADNOC's tender processes, project specifications, and procurement systems.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex engineering concepts.
- Proven track record in managing the full lifecycle of tenders and projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Previous experience in dealing with other major Middle Eastern oil and gas companies.
