Egypro FME, a leading name in Facility Management and Fit-Out Services, is seeking a Sales Engineer (Fit-Out) to join our dynamic team.

This role combines expertise with business development skills, offering an exciting opportunity for an engineer who can bridge the gap between project requirements and client solutions.


About the Role:

The Sales Engineer (Fit-Out) will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, preparing and submitting tenders, and developing tailored and commercial proposals that meet client needs.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure competitive bids, accurate pricing, and smooth project execution — driving business growth through both technical precision and customer relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:

· Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs related to fit-out and facility projects.

· Conduct site visits and technical assessments to gather project data and understand client requirements.

· Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals in coordination with operations, procurement, and finance teams.

· Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure.

· Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and partners to obtain competitive quotations and ensure cost-effective solutions.

· Track tender progress, deadlines, and submissions while maintaining comprehensive records for traceability.

· Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in fit-out and facility management sectors.

· Support project teams during execution to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with technical proposals.

· Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and feedback from tendering and sales activities.


Qualifications & Requirements:


· Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering).

· 2–5 years of experience in fit-out, facility management, tendering, or sales.

· Proven experience preparing technical and commercial proposals.

· Strong understanding of MEP and interior fit-out systems.

· Solid knowledge of tendering processes, cost estimation, and project coordination.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.

· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

· Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic
