Climake is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer with a strong technical background in Central Heating Systems or the broader HVAC sector. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by developing effective sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and delivering value-focused technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with both business development and technical teams to uphold Climake’s reputation for outstanding service and high-quality product delivery.


  • Key Responsibilities


  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  2. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  3. Understand client needs and provide tailored technical solutions based on Climake’s product offerings.
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  5. Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  6. Manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


  • Qualifications


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  2. 0–3 years of experience in sales engineering.
  3. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  6. Familiar with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Fluent in English
  9. Preferably owns a Car
