Sales Engineer

Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Promote and sell fire-rated doors, frames, glazing products and hardware systems to consultants, contractors, developers, and major project stakeholders.
  • Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities within the building and construction markets.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
  • Support tender submissions, coordinate technical documentation, and respond to RFP/RFQs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Estimation, Design, Production, Project Delivery) to ensure accurate project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain sales pipelines in CRM, follow up on leads, and report on sales performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil Engineering.
  • 3+ years of technical sales experience in fire-rated doors, glazing systems, architectural hardware, building products, or related construction environments.
  • Strong knowledge of fire-rated door and glazing products, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative sales and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
