Responsibilities & Skills:
- Promote and sell fire-rated doors, frames, glazing products and hardware systems to consultants, contractors, developers, and major project stakeholders.
- Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities within the building and construction markets.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Support tender submissions, coordinate technical documentation, and respond to RFP/RFQs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Estimation, Design, Production, Project Delivery) to ensure accurate project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain sales pipelines in CRM, follow up on leads, and report on sales performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil Engineering.
- 3+ years of technical sales experience in fire-rated doors, glazing systems, architectural hardware, building products, or related construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of fire-rated door and glazing products, building codes, and quality standards.
- Demonstrated success in consultative sales and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
