JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION: Sales Engineer (Ad Hoc)

· Identify, and secure new business (Ad hoc) opportunities across commercial, residential, industrial, and government sectors in UAE – existing & new clients.

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets set by company.

· Knowledge in MEP, HVAC & Civil mainly in fit-out projects and offices, retails medium-rise buildings, warehouses, Malls, etc. to develop strong Fit Out revenue.

· Generate business in Ad Hoc, Interior Fit out & reactive maintenance scopes in collaboration with Operations Team in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & all over UAE.

· Prepare and submit high‑quality proposals and presentation tailored to client needs.

· Respond, Estimate, Submit RFPs, RFQs, and tenders in coordination with the technical & procurement departments.

· Maintain an active pipeline of sales and track progress through the ERP & CRM and to be aligned with yearly goals.

· Maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, consultants, developers, facility owners or related departments for securing projects.

· Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and follow‑ups to ensure satisfaction and identify new Ad hoc opportunities.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during project execution.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the UAE FM sector.

· Collaborate with operations & procurement, and HR teams to ensure accurate costing and service delivery alignment.

· Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.

· Update and submit ERP Reports on Sales regularly for management review and ensure all documentation, contracts, and CRM records are accurate and up to date.

· Work with marketing staff to ensure that deliverables, profiles, presentations etc. are updated and submitted.

· Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continue to enhance the company’s performance.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

· 2 -4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role with Facilities Management Companies (preferably) in UAE

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Willing to travel as required by the company for Business Development purposes all over UAE.

Skills & Expectations:

· Understanding of the UAE market in FM & Interior Fit Out

· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

· Proficiency in English.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Experience of working on Monthly, Quarterly and annual targets will be added advantage.

· Driving License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
