Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities by generating leads, visits, networking, and attending industry-related events.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers, explaining product features and benefits.
- Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions based on their operational requirements.
- Serve as the technical expert during client meetings to advise on the appropriate air compressor systems and configurations.
- Collaborate with customers to solve technical challenges and optimize performance of air compressor installations.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, including cost estimates and system design suggestions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in line with company policies.
- Ensure the timely delivery and installation of equipment, working closely with logistics and technical teams.
- Collaborate with the service department to coordinate maintenance and service requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the air compressor field.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, competition, and market trends to help shape the product offering and marketing strategies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales and/or application engineering in air compressors or a related industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of air compressors, compressed air systems, and associated equipment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and site inspections.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- UAE Driving License
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
