Delta Construction is Hiring – Business Development Executive

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team at The Courtyard, Sheikh Zayed .

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential business prospects.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
