Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Consultation & Sales:
    Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, understanding their engineering needs and providing tailored solutions.
    Drive new business by identifying sales opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients in the marine and industrial sectors.
    Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals, effectively articulating the value of Goltens' services.
  • Project Design & Quotation:
    Collaborate closely with the engineering and operations teams to develop technical proposals and detailed project plans.
    Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for service projects, including cost estimates, timelines, and technical specifications.
    Ensure that all designs and proposals comply with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Commercial & Contract Management:
    Negotiate project contracts and service agreements with clients, ensuring that all commercial terms and technical requirements are clearly defined.
    Monitor the project's progress and liaise with the operations team to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Market & Business Development:
    Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and increase market share.
    Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management.
