Sales Engineer (Duct Manufacturing / HVAC) FEMALE CANDIDATE

Job Summary

The Sales Engineer is responsible for generating sales of ducting products by understanding customer requirements, providing technical solutions, preparing quotations, and maintaining strong client relationships within the HVAC and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (contractors, consultants, MEP companies, developers)
  • Promote duct factory products and solutions to potential clients
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects

Technical Support & Solution Selling

  • Understand project specifications, drawings, and HVAC requirements
  • Recommend suitable duct types (e.g., GI, PI, aluminum, SS ducts)
  • Coordinate with design/production teams for technical feasibility
  • Provide value engineering options to clients

Estimation & Quotation

  • Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings
  • Generate accurate quotations and pricing
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with:
  • HVAC contractors
  • Consultants
  • Project managers
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings regularly
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and after-sales support

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with factory/production for order execution
  • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely supply
  • Follow up on payments and invoicing

Market Intelligence

  • Track competitors, pricing trends, and market conditions
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product improvements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HVAC/ducting sales (GCC experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and duct fabrication
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
  • Valid driving license (UAE preferred)

Language Skills

  • Arabic: Native proficiency
  • English: Fluent (spoken and written)
