Key Requirements,
Identify potential clients and new projects in the elevator and lift market. Follow up on inquiries, leads, and ongoing quotations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and developers. Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure timely follow-ups. Collect project details, coordinate with the technical team, and prepare quotations and proposals. Ensure all details are accurate and aligned with client requirements. Study market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs to support the sales strategy. Follow up on submitted quotations, attend meetings when required, and support negotiations to close deals. Work closely with internal teams to ensure proper documentation, approvals, and smooth handover of confirmed projects. Maintain updated records of interactions, quotations, contracts, and client communications. Prepare monthly sales activity reports. Assist clients with product information, technical data, and project updates to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Visit client sites when needed to collect information, understand project conditions, and coordinate requirements. Stay updated on product knowledge, new technologies, and market developments in the elevator industry. Perform any related duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Management.
