Sales Engineer (Scaffholding)

• Sales and marketing related matters.
• To survey the market to identify potential clients and generate enquiries
• To establish strong relationships with Clients, consultants, contractors and AMS Staff
• To strive to improve the relationship with the customers
• To review client requirements and gain accurate scope information.
• To assist in the feasibility study to decide whether to attend to the client enquiry or not.
• To follow up with clients to get market intelligence and the project awarded
• To identify the risks in handling the customer enquiry
• To study the market situation regularly
• To attend meetings to assist in finalizing the contracts between AMS and the clients
• To coordination between the clients, operations, commercial and accounts.
• To strive to achieve quality objectives related to sales functions
• To monitor the performance indicators established for processes to assess the performance of processes within the sales department.
• To focus on complying with quality policy
• To comply with the applicable legal requirements
• To report to management regarding the performance of sales and marketing function
• To generate sales and Manpower forecast reports on a monthly basis
• To handle customer complaints and ensure that customer complaints are solved and customer is updated
• To review the customer feedback and initiate actions to improve the performance of weak rated elements with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction
• To implement quality management system procedures in sales department effectively.
• To expedite timely client Payments and co-ordinate with client Financial Departments
• To maximize the On-Line presence of the Company on Social Media and related Platforms
• To take actions on Sales

All the departments of AMS

• External clients / regulatory authorities .

Academic Qualification

• Minimum Higher Level Education

Experience

• At least 2 years in a similar role within the Construction Industry
• Basic Knowledge of Scaffolding Activity
• Sales & Marketing
• Good Computer Skills
