Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Promote and sell company products or services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Prepare and execute a strategic sales plan to meet short- and long-term goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
