Sales Executive

Timings: Summer 01 PM to 10 PM (Winters 02 PM to 11 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Promote and sell company products or services to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Prepare and execute a strategic sales plan to meet short- and long-term goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to close deals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
