Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product/service demos for prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Marketplace Ads, Website Design, etc.).
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and agreements with potential clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM/lead management tools and provide regular updates to management.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to enable cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead-generation campaigns and client case studies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing / IT / SaaS.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and establish trust with decision-makers.
  • Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, Social Media, Web) is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
