Sales Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our team at Jubilee Life Insurance. This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales skills who are passionate about building client relationships and achieving monthly business targets. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our insurance policies, expanding our customer base, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and engage potential customers to promote insurance products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Conduct presentations and explain insurance products tailored to client needs.
• Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet branch and company goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (insurance experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
