Sales Executive - Hospital Furniture

Reports to: Sales Director

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to be a key player in our hospital furniture manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and expanding our market presence within a designated territory. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, technical product knowledge, and a deep understanding of the healthcare procurement process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by targeting dealers, wholesalers, distributors, hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare institutions all over India.
  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, facility managers, procurement officers, and clinical staff.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and after-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Product and Market Expertise:
  • Become a subject matter expert on our entire product line, including patient beds, stretchers, chairs, medical carts, and other specialized furniture.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide valuable feedback to our product development team.
  • Sales Administration:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, quotes, and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to secure profitable deals.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.
  • Forecast sales and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently to manage a sales territory.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
