Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive to drive outreach and engagement with builders, developers, and resorts. The ideal candidate will be skilled in cold calling, presenting products, and creating impactful impressions through brochures and direct interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling and build strong relationships with builders, developers, and resort owners.
  • Share and explain company brochures, product details, and offerings.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Identify new opportunities in the construction, real estate, and hospitality sectors.
  • Support the sales team in converting leads into long-term customers.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of relevant sales/marketing experience (preferably in building materials, construction, or hospitality-related industries).
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills with a flair for explaining products clearly.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits (if required).
