Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify potential clients within the manufacturing industry through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, and present our manufacturing products and services to prospective clients.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships within the industry.
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific manufacturing requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the manufacturing sector.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of our products and services to potential clients.
- Address client objections and negotiate terms to close sales deals effectively.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the manufacturing sector.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends, client needs, and competitive intelligence.
- Sales Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM software.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and follow-up.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
- Work closely with other departments, including production and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the manufacturing industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients within the manufacturing sector.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
