Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales / Business Development Executive with proven experience in corporate IT sales. The ideal candidate must already have an active customer base (“customers in hand”) and a strong network in the IT sector. This role requires a professional with the ability to drive revenue growth, build lasting client relationships, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate IT sector.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat and long-term business.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Present IT solutions (hardware, networking, ELV, cloud, data center, and related services) tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and digital teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in corporate IT sales / business development.
  • Must have an existing customer portfolio / customers in hand.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, and enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
